6 Weeks of Intensive, In-Person Instruction and Field Training
Our accelerated six-week program delivers focused, hands-on training designed to prepare students for real-world powerline work. Participants engage in daily classroom instruction and outdoor field exercises that simulate actual job site conditions, ensuring they graduate with practical experience and confidence.
Industry-Experienced Instructors
Training is led by seasoned professionals with extensive backgrounds in powerline construction, equipment operation, and utility maintenance. Our instructors bring real-world insight, current industry standards, and practical knowledge directly into the classroom and training yard.
Safety-First Approach to All Activities
Safety is the foundation of everything we teach. Students are trained to follow OSHA regulations, proper PPE requirements, hazard recognition procedures, and safe equipment operation practices. From day one, safety is emphasized as both a responsibility and a professional standard.
Certificate of Completion
Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion recognizing their successful participation and demonstrated competency in foundational lineman skills, equipment operation, and safety procedures. This credential highlights a student’s commitment and readiness for entry-level employment.
Preparation to Meet Industry Hiring Standards
Our curriculum is designed to align with current utility and contractor expectations. Students develop the technical skills, safety awareness, work ethic, and job readiness required to pursue apprenticeship opportunities and meet industry hiring requirements with confidence.
