Our Lineman Apprentice Skills Training is a rigorous, hands-on, six-week program designed to prepare individuals for entry-level employment as an apprentice lineman. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to transition into a new career path, this program provides the foundational skills and qualifications employers look for in the utility and telecommunications industries.

Participants will gain essential knowledge and hands-on experience in:

• Climbing techniques and pole-top rescue
• Basic electrical theory and system components
• Tool and equipment handling
• Job site safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Grounding, rigging, and basic system troubleshooting
• Obtain your Class A CDL
